All Members can attend the Classes for FREE as part of their Membership.

There are two options for Non-Members:

Studio Membership (£25 pay as you go, per month) which provides unlimited classes per coming month or £5 per class.

Level Key

I - A = Intermediate to Advanced. A good level of fitness is recommended.

All = Suitable for all levels of fitness as you work at your own pace.

L - M = Low to Medium intensity workout. Suitable for beginners.

 

Class Descriptions

20/20/20 - A challenging 20 minutes of Aerobics, 20 minutes of Cardio Combat, 20 minutes of Toning. Set yourself up for your Sunday!

Abs - Class concentrates on isolating the abdominal muscles and lower back muscles for a balanced look.

Aqua Aerobics - A toning, calorie-burning, workout based on both muscle strength and cardio exercises in the Swimming Pool! Have a fun, wet, fitness workout.

Blitz - An all-over toning class focusing on legs, back, chest, shoulders, triceps and abs. No co-ordination required simply turn up and follow the speed set by the instructor. Push your body to the limit!

Body Conditioning - High energy, high impact & fat burning class. Combining Aerobics with Toning for a total body workout. Feel as good as you look!

Boot-Camp - Areobic & Power exercises to challenge all parts of the body. Even your brain gets a work out!

Boxercise - A circuit style class involving set exercise stations. Combining instructor-led pad work teaching basic boxing techniques.

Boxing Class - Come and learn to Box. Will entail a sparring session (not compulsory). This class is limited to 10.

Cardio Combat - A high energy, stress busting calorie burner.

Cardio Hip Hop - Work that booty, those abs and everything else in this elevated, Hip Hop dance exercise work out. Get fit the fun way!

Circuit - Boot-Camp style Circuit class.

L.B.T. - Tone-up, firm up & burn fat from your: Legs, Bottom & Tummy.

Pilates - A set of 12 exercises designed to mobilize the spine, strengthen abdominals and realign posture. Particularly effective for relief of back pain. 

Step - An aerobics and toning style class using a change in levels to maximise the workout. Co-ordination is recommended for this type of class.

Tae-Bo - Martial arts based aerobics exercise. Get fit, get strong and have fun!

Yoga - A class designed to improve your relaxation and flexibility via mental techniques and postural holds. It is advisable to attend the Monday evening class.

Zumba -  High energy dance fitness workout incorporating great Latin dance style.

 

 

 

The Studio is available for private hire (when not in use for classes) for £20 per hour.
